Boy or Girl???

This past Tuesday a friend of mine did a quick look at the baby. I was 15 weeks 3 days and was amazed at how much my little bean had grown since 8 weeks. It was a full on BABY...moving around like crazy. The baby rolled over completely, kicked and punched at the where the monitor was moving, played with the umbilical cord, and even sucked its thumb! It was the most awesome thing ever. While the baby was rolling over, the ultrasound tech was able to tell the sex. So what will my nursery look like??
Will it be pretty and dainty for a little girl? Or will it be brawny and blue for a little boy?

Check back in October to find out!! Shane and I are waiting to find out the sex. Let the guessing begin.

Puppies 5 weeks...baby 15 weeks!

Here are SOMe of the puppies... I will post more pictures tomorrow. They are 5 weeks old today and are absolutely adorable. This is the only boy here. He is spoiled rotten. This is green and pink asleep. I call them colors because they all have different color collars so I can keep up with them!

This is black asleep. She is the sweetest puppy ever. She is so lazy and loves to cuddle.

This is purple, Shane's baby.

Orange or MJ, I call her MJ because she looks just like Memphis (Memphis Junior).

Mama Della. As messy as they are and as expensive they are, I am not ready to give them away. They have become my babies and I have spoiled them rotten. I am going to have a hard time seeing them leave!

Crimson and Clover

Cordele FINALLY has its first boutique! Crimson and Clover just opened this week and it is absolutely precious. Whitney Williams Coley and Anna Roberts Hurt took on a venture that I could never even imagine! Here is their store logo. I went today and walked away with a bag full of goodies. They carry great lines and the customer service is great! Anna and Whitney were wonderful helping me pick out and watching me model the bump. 14 down....26 to go!!

Today I am 14 weeks pregnant!! I am going to the doctor tomorrow to see if I am off of bedrest or not...say lots of prayers! I am hoping he will let me start exercising again. This is what the baby looks like at 14 weeks(general ultrasound, I will get one tomorrow). This week the baby is moving a lot though I can't feel it and even starts to use the potty! I have gained 7 pounds which is a little much for the first trimester but I am using the excuse of bedrest! Hope all of you have a great week...keep us in your prayers for tomorrow!

Della's Puppies!

Last Sunday my Della had her puppies!! She had 7 beautiful babies, one boy and 6 girls. Most of them are chocolate but there are 2 that look like they will be silver. I don't have good pictures on my camera but this is what i have. Here are the first 3 born.
This picture makes me smile! Della developed mastitis and would not feed the pups so I am having to bottle feed them. Since I have to feed them every 3 hours I have to take them to work! Good thing I teach science and I can use this as part of my "lesson." Here they are in their bag at work.

For those of you who don't know what puppies look like right when they are born....here it is! This is of course after the sac is torn....not so cute!

This is poor Della during delivery. She sat in my lap the whole time. Shane is pretty convinced after all I had to do that I should have become a vet. Della did nothing for the pups like she was supposed to and if we had not of been there they would have all died, including her. Poor thing!

He went to....TIFFANY!

Not Shane, Shawn did!! My brother in law proposed today to my future sister in law Dannielle,and I could not be more excited. I could not get a good picture of the ring but it is a gorgeous princess cut solitaire set in platinum...and yes he really went to Tiffany! Here is a picture of all of us after they told!

My memphis!

A few weeks ago my friend Sunny (who is a wonderful photographer) snapped a few candids of me and my baby boy! The picture quality is so good and I just loved the moments that she captured.
Here is one of Memphis and I singing....he is so smart :) He is loving on his mommy!!
